POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thursday night we opened the doors to our second Golf House.

Wine poured by @lewiscellars . Bites by @hautechefsla . A putting contest that got way too competitive. Thank you, @jrga_golf for designing such a fun game. And the winner received a @malbon golf bag! This is the crowd that made the whole thing feel like exactly what we built this house for.

Pebble Beach. Complete.

A home that starts where the morning fog meets the tree line and ends wherever you decide to stop looking. The kitchen faces the course. So does the dining room. So do three of the bedrooms. You wake up to fairways and fall asleep to the same view, and it never gets old.

@carocim.france tile from the south of France underfoot. Steam rising from custom made sauna below. A putting green out back because some things should just be there when you want them.

Every room was designed around one question: what does it feel like to live here when no one is watching?

We finally have the answer.

I was able to spend some time with one of my favorite people from an industry that shaped my life for decades , a true legend in every sense of the word. American Rag is more than a store; it’s a cornerstone of vintage and fashion history, pioneering the space for over 40 years and influencing generations around the world.

At the heart of it all is Mark Werts a visionary, a mentor, and a friend for over 20 years. His guidance, generosity, and belief in people have meant as much as his impact on the industry itself. He didn’t just build an iconic, globally recognized store , he built a legacy rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and respect for history.

So good to see him, break bread, and talk about life like always. Grateful for the friendship, the wisdom, and the moments. A true pioneer. A true legend.

Saturday grind, because momentum matters 🛠️
Demo is done and framing is officially underway in this Pebble Beach home.

On site this weekend keeping things moving as the progress of something truly special takes shape. This one will flip over the next few months—and it’ll be worth the wait.

Grateful for the incredible homeowners with big dreams and the trust in us to bring them to life.

A moment years in the making. Since the very beginning, we’ve been meticulous about planning our projects. From initial selections to assembling the perfect team of craftsmen and great energy.

Here is a small glimpse of the serenity you’ll experience every day.

This is more than a home; it’s the foundation of a new lifestyle. Follow along, because we have a lot more to share as we move toward completion.

It is the greatest gift to share life with people that your soul is connected to. Clients who become friends are such a beautiful blessing.

Thank you to @amanda_shi_werts @markiwerts for a wonderful weekend together and this lovely message after:

“You are my mentor in both life and business, my guiding light, and you’ve never led me astray. I feel incredibly fortunate to have you by my side. People who aren’t meant to be in your life will quietly fade away, while those who are meant to stay will always have your back.”

Your words deeply touched my heart and I’m so grateful for you both. So much love! 💜
