POV: Creativity on point for food pics! 📸🍝

Had some fun and yummy food with my friends over at @pastamaniasingapore ‘s newest outlet at Seletar Mall.

🍝 What we had:
✨ Basil Chicken Aglio Olio
🧀 Truffle Mac & Cheese
🍚 Chicken Ham & Chicken Sausage Baked Rice
🍄 Cream of Mushroom Soup
🥖 Garlic Bread
☕ Coffee Misu
🍹 Calamansi Cooler, Juscool Apple & Sprite

And of course, we saved room for Gelato! 🍨 Pastamania is welcoming the Gelatofix gelato cart, making its Singapore debut, with flavours including Pistachio, Vanilla Bean and Mixed Berry Yoghurt. The perfect sweet ending! 🤤 Add on Gelatofix for just S$3 with any main course. Available across all flavours except the premium Sicilian Pistachio and Hazelnut flavours.

🎉 More reasons to drop by this October!

⏱️ From 1–31 October, try PastaMania’s Sure Win Stopwatch Challenge. Stop the timer at exactly 07.00 seconds to win a FREE pasta! Miss the timing? You can still get a PastaMania tote bag!

So, next time your food arrives, hold that fork for a second. Get the shot first, then enjoy the food. 😂📸

Make a guess… what are we doing? 👀✨

Took my husband on a cute little date to @chaseycharm at 313 Somerset and we made our own crystal bracelets! 💎

So many pretty crystals and charms to choose from, I honestly took FOREVER to decide. 😂 Naturally, I went for all the pastel ones because apparently my colour palette is ✨unicorn✨. 🦄🌈

You can have them make it for you or DIY it yourself, and they’ll cleanse your bracelet before it becomes yours and yours alone. ✨

Here’s what we made! 🥰
And yes, guys, there are plenty of options for you too!

Cute date idea? I think YES. 💕

Happy birthday to my favourite person and my forever dining partner. ❤️

Another year, another birthday celebrated with good food, good wine, and even better company. 🥂✨

We had the loveliest birthday dinner at @asadorsingapore, with an incredible Spanish tasting experience featuring hand-carved Jamón Ibérico, premium Santona anchovies, salmon tartare on crispy shiso, roasted leeks, grilled squid and a beautifully roasted Segovian-style suckling pig. 🇪🇸

And of course, we ended on a sweet note with grilled peaches, smoked vanilla ice cream and all the little desserts in between. 🍑✨

Paired with Pere Ventura Tresor Brut, Manar dos Seixas and Muga Reserva, plus a Passion mocktail and Reverse Espresso Martini. 🍷

But beyond all the food and celebrations, I’m just grateful for all the ordinary days we get to share too. ❤️

Happy birthday, my love. Here’s to more adventures, more meals, more laughter, and many more birthdays together. 🥂❤️

Happy 12th anniversary to us. ❤️

The plan was to celebrate.
Instead, the germs RSVP’d before we did. 🤧

No fancy dinner, no date night… just tissues, medicine, lethargy, and a husband who didn’t run away.

Not the anniversary we planned, but after 12 years, I guess this is romance too. 😂

Here’s to many more years of love, laughter, and hopefully celebrating next year’s anniversary without either of us being sick. 🥂❤️

In the meantime, here’s a little recap of our wedding banquet 12 years ago. Filmed by MisterJL, shortened and edited by me. ❤️

Eight years ago, I didn’t just adopt a cat… I found a piece of my heart I didn’t know was missing.

From the cutest paws to ruling the whole house, you’ve filled my days with warmth, chaos, comfort, and a kind of love that quietly heals everything. You stayed through every version of me — the good days, the messy ones, and all the in-betweens.

You’re not just my pet. You’re my home 🏡 .

Happy 8th birthday, my love. 7 years of adoption and a year of mystery. Here’s to more cuddles, more mischief, and a lifetime that still feels too short with you. 🐾🤍

Pisces energy so not over. Waited for the final celebration for the year (yes, we only met in April) before compiling this 🥂

Incredibly blessed that I have the best people around.

Thank you my fam, my in-laws and friends for the love, the chaos, the laughs, and how extra everything was. You all really showed up and made me feel way too special. Some we didn’t get to meet but thanks for the presents!

If this past year has taught me anything, it’s that who you have around you matters more than anything else. And I got really lucky.

Here’s to more memories, more chaos, and more moments like this—together 🤍

Birthday thoughts 🎂

Grateful for the people who showed up, the lessons that shaped me, and the moments that slowed me down.

For the love I’ve been given, the patience I’ve learned, and the grace that carried me through.

Another year to grow, give back, and do better than before.

Feeling thankful, feeling grounded, feeling ready for what’s next ✨🥂

Thank you hubs @markjonathanlai for spending my birthday with me and planning everything. ❤️❤️ Also for taking care of me all the time. Love you!

POV: You reunite with a secondary school friend you haven’t seen in 20+ years, and he casually picks the perfect spot for lunch.
Sticky pork ribs at Naughty Nuri’s, stories flowing, no awkwardness at all.

So good seeing you again, Ivan.
If you’re looking for a stay in Seminyak, he’s the owner of Kumpul Kumpul Villa. Worth checking out!

Sticky ribs.
Zero awkwardness.
Grateful for moments like this.

Thanks for the pineapple tarts too! 😍
