THE MYSTERY IS SOLVED! 🎸

Hello, Milwaukee! And yes, there’s a little Spinal Tap history behind this one!

DIO RULES is coming to SHANK HALL in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Saturday, January 9th!

For those who caught the clues in our teaser, here’s a little rock ‘n’ roll trivia…

Shank Hall takes its name from the fictional Milwaukee club in the 1984 cult classic This Is Spinal Tap. In fact, venue owner Peter Jest booked Spinal Tap for a Milwaukee performance that same year and promised the band that if he ever opened his own club, he’d name it Shank Hall.

Five years later, he did exactly that.

And here’s where it gets even better. The club is home to an actual Stonehenge stage prop created for Spinal Tap’s 1984 Milwaukee appearance!

So what better place to turn things up to 11?

I’m deeply in love with this beast of a song, PALO SANTO & ROSEMARY, by the brilliant @thomashodgesmusic so I absolutely had to do it with my band for my @54below solo debut!!! How about @zachmc8 with the French Horn solo at the end?! 🤍 #54below #originalmusic #ballad #musicaltheatre #recordingartist
