Mark Mason @markmasonceramicdesign is at the 2026 Pottery Expo with a stand in the gardens of Heide Museum of Modern Art.

“Many elements connect my ceramics. Basic earthly elements play a unique role in the making and glazing of my work. The clay from the earth becomes pliable with water to create a multitude of unique forms. Chemicals come together with air and fire to change clay into lasting objects. People make connections with these forms as objects of beauty or function used in everyday life. Every step I take in my work is part of a personal journey to better understand the dynamics at play.”

Come to the Pottery Expo and experience Mark’s work, as well as the creations of more than 90 ceramicists from 10am to 5pm on 28th & 29th March 2026, in the gardens of Heide Museum of Modern Art, 7 Templestowe Road, Bulleen, Victoria, Australia.

A very busy week in the studio!

Our first session of Clay Club kicked off last Friday. So lovely to have a gang in the studio all working on their own pieces. 👩‍🎨

Multiple wheel and handbuilding classes started including with absolute legend Mark Mason (check out his work @markmasonceramicdesign ).

Plus B built a standing wheel, we purchased a Shimpo to replace one of our older wheels, and Jodie @_5_acre_farm_ gave us some golden sunflowers. 🪴🌻🌼

To top it all off the firing service has been red hot all week. 🔥🔥🔥

All in all I’d say we are winning!

See you soon!
