Fall in love with the process.
There is no finish line. Life is about continuously becoming. Every challenge shapes us, and every achievement is simply the beginning of another journey.

The goal is never just to reach the top, but to become someone capable of climbing higher. Every goal we reach reveals another horizon, another opportunity to grow. I learned with myself that there will always be another mountain, another dream, another version of myself waiting to be discovered.

The beauty is in the becoming. ✨
Keep climbing, not because you’re not enough, but because there’s still so much of you left to discover. Every version of me has outgrown the previous one! 🤡

My goal isn’t to be better than anyone else. It’s to keep becoming someone you’re proud to be! Celebrate the milestones, but never forget to love the journey. Because what matters most isn’t how far you go, but who you become along the way and the good you bring into the world along the way.

The greatest reward isn’t what we achieve, but who we become in the pursuit. And the deepest fulfillment comes from what we do with that growth, what we can give to others.

So keep growing. Keep becoming. Keep evolving. 🫶

When I say getting on stage is a huge accomplishment for me, I mean it. I almost gave up on my nursing dreams because speech class was a requirement, so I’m proud of myself for not running away backstage because I definitely thought about it 🤭😆 I am grateful that I got to share a stage with so many amazing people, and as stressful as prep was I can’t wait to do it again 😬🖤

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to get to participate in this amazing sport. Knowing the result is all a matter of the work you put in makes it that much more meaningful and rewarding. I am going to take a couple of years to grow before hitting the stage again,and when I feel that im ready, im coming for it💪🏻 Huge thanks to @markmasonmedia @_clrphotography and @face2face.media for getting these dope shots both backstage and on stage last Saturday, as well as @ribicproductions for putting on such an amazing show. Lastly want to thank Kim and the rest of the @centerstagetan team, 5 coats and 26 touch ups later we got the tan to pop and I could not be happier with how it turned out.

13 weeks of prep, 13 weeks of hard work, dedication, discipline, early mornings, challenging workouts, and pushing myself further than I ever thought I could.

This journey has taught me so much about myself—not just physically, but mentally. There were definitely hard days, but God gave me the strength to keep going and reminded me to keep pushing.

So proud of how far I’ve come and so grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way. I can’t wait to see what the future brings for bodybuilding.

Thank you, @fit_for_excellence for helping me with my meal plans and guiding me toward positive changes. You also helped me improve the way I spoke to myself and shift my mindset. Your support taught me to be more patient, compassionate, and positive with myself, especially on the difficult days. I truly appreciate your guidance, encouragement, and everything you did to support me throughout this journey.

A huge thank you to my posing coach @dominiquegomes82 for helping me feel confident and comfortable on stage. Thank you for pushing me to step outside of my comfort zone and enter more classes—I’m so glad I listened to you and did it!
