Playing more than one sport from a young age or “sport sampling” is the ideal way for kids to develop into smart and talented athletes!

Can you guess what sport other than Track & Field these youngsters play?

The future of running looks bright with our @letsrunbeirut team of youngsters!

Our athletes, aged between 10 to 17, have shown incredible progress and determination, with Ziad breaking the U12 High Jump national record and most of our runners achieving personal bests!

We're proud of you all!

A big shoutout to our amazing coach @ranae4 who has been instrumental in guiding our @letsrunbeirut team towards success!
