The boys were presented with the league trophy this evening, with jealous rivals watching on! 👏

The celebrations couldn’t last long with the new league season kicking off tonight. A comfortable 5-0 win against ESD puts us in poll position for another successful season 👀

(101) shirts of summer - day 78.

Ipswich town 2006 third, Mark Noble, signed

First day of the championship season, the 2 favourites going head to head, it’s not gonna be an easy watch, always find it tough after being relegated as the others expect you to still be top tier, when in reality you clearly weren’t good enough the year before 😮‍💨

People seem to think of Mark Noble as a one man club, but did you know he actually went on loan to Ipswich in 2006?

Mark Noble 👏

I make the same demands of my academy players.

consistent attendance✔️
relentless work ethic✔️,
communication ✔️
holding teammates accountable✔️

As coaches, we must reinforce these principles.

Teaching players to demand the best from themselves and their teammates is vital to developing young players.

It's not just about tactics and how good a session you can run, to develop young players it's a lot to do with attitude. Do you agree?
