“Naomi” (Live in Portland, Oregon) is now up on YouTube (full song, and you’ll finally be able to see all the beauties in my band!)

Wrote this song with the intent of trying my hand at sync music, and it’s become one of my favs. Hope you enjoy!

I had not only the best time in PDX, but the honor of singing alongside four incredible musicians: @emmaortmann (keys, bgv, and hair stylist 🫶🏻), @jake_soffer (guitar), @markpowers (percussion), and of course, my amazing band leader and bassist extraordinaire, @dbadstubner. Y’all made this so much fun and blew me away with your immense musical talents. Will put the full videos up on YouTube soon too so you can see everyone… we are in 9:16 aspect ratio constraints here 🥲

Thank you again to @thehotelzags @plsonsixthpdx for having me (and special shoutout to my dear friend @lu.kas_porter for allowing me to take part in this series), as well as the wonderful @88.8_films for the incredible audio work and filmography!

In 2024, our friend Caro from Tonfink called me. She said she knew a really nice band from Portland, Oregon, and would love to have coffee and cake with them in the refectory. No sooner said than done, and so the Three for Silver came to the square for the first time, were thrilled by our project, sang in the church right away, got up to some other shenanigans with our banner, minted a coin, and enjoyed Caro’s cake. They said that the next time they were in Lübeck, they absolutely wanted to give a concert at the monastery. That promise has since turned into three concerts. In the inner courtyard, back then didn’t yet have a cloister, in the refectory, with Pelle in the middle, and then just a week ago for the monastery’s opening. When I asked Lucas last year if they could play at the opening, he agreed after a moment’s thought and scheduled their fall tour in Germany so they could be with us. This time, they even stayed for four days so Lucas could fully enjoy the cloister and use it for composing.

Habt Dank!!!
Weiter Bilder werden folgen. Freut Euch drauf🕊️

I am excited to announce the official kick-off party on Oct. 2nd for my new forthcoming album When I Find You, set to be released in early 2027. This will be an intimate and exclusive evening of performance along with a music video screening of the title track.

This event will take place here in Portland at @pwnwpdx where I have been creating and sharing new work for the past few years. I love this space and look forward to gathering friends and fans to celebrate these new creations.

Last November, just a week or so after moving into my creative space @harmonicheartmusic I shot a music video with the incredible @kylejglenn . Kyle listened to my vision and brought to form the colors, movements and emotional landscapes I had been seeing in my mind. I asked @juliavargaphoto to photograph the video shoot and the resulting images have become the aesthetic for the entire album and subsequent releases. Kyle and Julia brought an openness and playful curiosity that resulted in an expansive and evocative day of creativity.

Though the video will be released along with the single to the public later in October, I am excited to watch it together and to hear briefly from Kyle about the creation of the video.

I will also be sharing live 4 songs from the new album never yet performed to this extent in public. Most of the album was created by myself and engineer/producer @dexdrizos at @thepantherpdx . It’s been so fun to begin approaching how to perform the tracks live and I am so honored to have this crew of musicians to help me do that. The evening will feature @aahunter62 on bass, @dexdrizos on percussion and acoustic/electric guitars, @markpowers on drums and Fran on electric guitar and soundscapes. I will sing, play violin, dance and share poetry/spoken word. Also very excited to have @kyleen_king joining us for the larger album release performance in 2027.

There are several tiers for tickets. I hope you can join us for this evening of celebration and sharing of this new work.

Thank you to all you beautiful artists, friends and creators that are helping me bring this vision into reality!
