Great day with our 2nd and 3rd year students today! 🙌

We headed out for a ride this morning before making our way over to Falla Brae, where we worked on applying dynamic movement to the trail.

Today we were out with our first year BASE students, getting some more miles in the legs.

We stopped off along the way for a few sessions building on the foundation skills we worked on earlier in the week.

Another solid day in the bank!

I go to Italy, very nice! The people there kiss each other on both cheeks — even the men. In my country this only happen after successful tractor sale. I eat the tomato and cheese flatbreads, the noodles, the little coffee that cost €7 and disappear in one sip. I say to waiter, “Where is the rest?” He say, “That is espresso.” I say, “This is depression!” Very nice!

Now the dust has settled and I’m finally feeling somewhat alive again… man, what a weekend. Unreal trip away with my best mates — what a stag. Massive thank you to my best man Matt for organising an absolute belter of a weekend, and to the boys for keeping me laughing the whole time. Only a month to the big day!

Anyway, here are the only PG photos fit for public consumption… xox

We’ve enjoyed mixing interval training in with technical skills this year on BASE. This lot have pushed hard. If you’re racing them any time soon, you’d better bring your A-game! 👌🏻🫀💪🏻💪🏻
