The Benefits of choosing the gift of health. 💫As I reflect on the year, amid the joys, there's also been unnecessary loss. I understand its not easy, its definitely a choice. This holiday season, I invite you to consider gifting yourself health. Your loved ones likely prefer the gift of your well-being over material things and even go a step further and give the gift of health. Taking a look at sugar, here are some reasons to prioritize the gift of health and also some of the consequences of neglecting it. 🦋choosing the gift of health can extend your years, offering more time to celebrate with those you cherish. 🦋Enhanced Well-being: Optimal health contributes to an improved overall quality of life, allowing you to fully engage in daily activities. 🦋Boosted Energy and Productivity: Prioritizing health leads to heightened energy levels and increased productivity, enabling you to be more present for your loved ones. 🦋Prevention of Regret: Investing in your health now helps prevent future regrets. It's a lasting gift that benefits both you and those who matter most. 🥰😍🥳 celebrate more holidays and birthdays. 😯 What is the effect of sugar on the brain? 🙄Inflammation: High sugar intake may contribute to inflammation in the brain, potentially impairing cognitive function and increasing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. 🤔Impaired Memory and Learning: Studies suggest that a diet rich in processed sugar may impair synaptic plasticity, affecting memory and learning processes in the brain. 😯Increased Oxidative Stress: Sugar metabolism can lead to increased #oxidativestress, causing damage to cells, including brain cells, and potentially accelerating the aging process. 😥Neurotransmitter Imbalance: High sugar intake can influence neurotransmitter levels, potentially contributing to #moodswings, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Lunch N' Learn is here to inspire healthier choices in life from an Holistic perspective...a whole life, whole body perspective. Today's Topic 💚💚💚  #sugar 💚💚💚 our body can't tell the difference between wholefood sugar and refined sugar and even meds that all trigger the dopamine receptors  we are being #hijacked!  All types of sugar will give us the same amount of calories, whether they are from fruit or soft drink.  However! the health risks of eating sugar are related to consuming too many what are known as “free sugars” in the diet, NOT from eating sugars that are naturally present in fruits,  If I tagged you, its because you know someone who needs this info #sharethelove We had the most amazing call today on combating sugar #DM me if you would like the link.  The Facts are craaaaazy 🤒🆘 #crazy #holisticlifestyler  #dopamine #ourhealthisourwealth #sugarmonster #stayathomemom

Lunch N' Learn is here to inspire healthier choices in life from an Holistic perspective.  Today's topic 💚 💚 💚- reap what you sow-💚 💚💚        What are you really reaping and more importantly what are you sowing??? I find when it comes to nutrition I work with 3 types of people. which type are you ? type in the chat  1.😍  #intheknow and want to help others  2.🍏  #wanttoknowmore - to uplevel 3.🤒 #clueless where to start #help wherever you are at, I meet you there but know you will be #upleveling 👑 We are in the season of reaping, however what we continually sow matters especially if what we are reaping is actually harming us. For the past 20 years I have continually focused on what I sow with regard to my personal health and I feel that focus has led me to exactly where I am today, in helping others reap the benefits of planting health outcomes. So many misunderstand the truest meaning of sustainable abundance specifically in relation to health. It is essential to invest in mindfulness and stress management to ensure my mental well-being as all the seasons change. Indeed, we do reap what we sow, both in terms of physical and mental health. Stay committed to your healthier choices, even when it gets tough. Patience and persistence are key. Additionally, invest in supporting so you have an Understanding of nutritional values that empowers you to make informed choices for your specific needs. Lastly, remember that good health is a long-term investment. Reaping the benefits may take time, but with dedication and smart choices, you'll enjoy a bountiful harvest of improved well-being. Let's work together to make this journey a successful one! #leadwithlove always #bekind #beforgiving #itstime #justdoit #holisticlifestyler

Throwback to when I taught an intro to #KineticReleaseTherapy workshop called Beyond Bodywork in NYC several years ago at The Assemblage in NoMad. The Assemblage was a conscious co-working space and the home to my private practice for 3 years or so until it closed its doors during the pandemic. I’m looking forward to a new group offering next month in Miami. The Emotional Release Experience: A group healing experience. Limited to 10 people. Taking place at @modernom bungalow in Upper Buena Vista Miami. Look up the event in EventBrite for more info and details. 🪬⚡️🧿 📸 by the talented @picandpetal (who happens to me my sister! Please follow her on here.)
