Mark Watson, my friend of nearly four decades, decided to catch up with each other at Twin Tails restaurant. Located on third floor of The Shops at Columbus Circle, Twin Tails serves Vietnamese and Thai fare with french influences.

Everything about Twin Tails is 🔥🔥🔥

The Salted Lychee Martini JUST MAY BE the best martini I've ever experienced.
The Coconut Rice JUST MAY BE the best coconut rice I've experienced. Made the old-fashioned way with slivers of fresh coconut throughout.

The Drunken Lobster Noodles, Crying Tiger Prime Rib, Peekytoe Crab Fried Rice... All are 🔥🔥🔥

You HAVE TO experience the Mushroom Bành Cuón Rice Rolls. HAVE TO!!! 🔥🔥🔥

We play different. We are cultured because we are culture.

The Deans List. Never know where you might find me. Like Savoir Faire, I am everywhere.

In 1986, I was an understudy in the play The Life and Times of Malcolm X at the MET (Metropolitan Opera). My brother Mark and I went to the opening night and my brother was so proud of me!

He told me to come to New York this weekend for a surprise and little did I know he had tickets for us to see the same play on opening night! It was very emotional because it reminded me of the times I used to go to practice and this great opportunity!

My brother was sooooo proud last night and told everyone and they momma (including Nas) "Yo, my brother was in the first play in 86)

Thank you so much for this experience Mark Watson and we're so blessed to experience this together again! ❤️ love you man

How many of you know that Sharon Bowen is the Chair of New York Stock Exchange. The first Woman or Person of Color to hold the position. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I introduced her to Vanessa Noel (Woman on the far right) who is opening The Noel Shoe Museum (America's first museum devoted to footwear). Vanessa immediately said, "I need a pair of your shoes!"

Standing between myself and Sharon Bowen, is David Umeh, Founder of Clouty.

My son, @malikdeannyc, and his friends were on a call debating how well artists music would perform, when someone said, "Like DraftKings for sports, why doesn't this exist for music?" @umehzingrace got to work on it. Clouty was born.

$TUNE, which is a music focused ETF created by Clouty, debuted on @nyse aka New York Stock Exchange.

When you help societal narrative by negatively talking about our children... Which children are you looking at?

We play different because The Best of us represents us. Not the worst. We are cultured because we are culture.

J. Foster Philips Funeral Home was filled to capacity, and those who were there, will tell you that with laughter, we celebrated my Brother's life. That we didn't mourn his passing.
