From college soccer to punting on the big stage. 🔥🏈

Markus Meincke came to One On One Kicking just 7 months ago to learn how to punt and now the 6’7” specialist is making an impact for Toledo, including a big performance against Michigan State.

Extremely proud of the work Markus has put in and how quickly he’s developed. Huge credit to Coach Dominic Stadlman for helping sharpen his game along the way.

The work is paying off. Keep going, Markus. 💪

Markus is working on what we call the rocking one-step. A drill designed to help the body move as one unit.

By staying flat and driving through the plant foot, athletes learn to generate force efficiently, allowing them to explode out and up through the ball. Mastering the fundamentals like this creates a more consistent swing and a better ball striking.

Keep putting in the work, Markus. The foundation you’re building today will pay off tomorrow. 💪
