The final HYROX race of the year is coming in November. The question is: will you be ready?

Join us at CFUSR, where we don’t just train hard, we train with purpose.
Every session is designed to get you race ready:
- Build your engine
- Attack your weaknesses
- Master the stations
- Work through race-day scenarios
- Learn how to perform when fatigue sets in

We break down the details, challenge your weaknesses, and put you through the situations you’ll face on race day. So when you hit that start line, you know you’re ready.

And you won’t be doing it alone. Come train with an awesome crew, push each other, suffer together and have a hell of a lot of fun along the way.

Don’t wait until race day to find out if you’re ready. Come prepare with us.

A massive shoutout to our members who took on the @miway_wallyhayward 🏃‍♂️🔥
Special mention to Mark, Mo, and Danie on completing their first half marathon, what an incredible achievement!
It’s awesome to see the hard work put in at the gym translate into big moments like this outside of it.

This is why we train.
Proud of you guys. You’re inspiring the whole community. 💪

Squad Games Weekend!!!

This weekend wasn’t easy, high intensity, tough tests, and moments that demanded everything.
Our teams stepped onto the floor, and every one of them showed real heart and grit, pushing past limits and leaving it all out there.
And just as powerful was the support, the energy, the cheers, and everyone who showed up to back their people. Thanks to @squad_games_za for another great comp!

Proud of our athletes. Proud of this community. Always. 💪🔥

26.3 ✔️
And that’s a wrap.

Fast. Brutal. Unforgiving. High heart rates. No breaks. No backing off.

This one pushed everyone into the red… and that’s exactly where the magic happened.
Grit. Heart. Effort. Rep after rep, everyone stepped up and left it all on the floor.
Three weeks. Three tests. Countless moments of pushing past limits.
What a way to close out the 2026 CrossFit Open.

Proud of this crew. Always. 🔥

And that’s a wrap!
26.3 ✔️

Fast paces, high heart rates, and no real chance to slow down.
This one forced everyone into that uncomfortable place… and that’s exactly where the work got done.

Huge heart and grit on display as everyone pushed through the discomfort and made every rep count.
The tests were set, and we stepped up ready to take them on with everything we had.
Over these three weeks we’ve seen incredible effort, progress, and community support every step of the way.
What a way to close out an incredible three weeks of the CrossFit Open.
Proud of every single person who showed up and gave it their all. 💪

Last week it was lungs.
This week it was arms.
Gymnastics under fatigue.
Skill when everything is screaming to stop.

And the Shack Pack still showed up.
Big effort.
Louder cheers.
Unreal energy in the gym.

Two weeks down… one more test left. 🔥

26.2 ✅
Last week the lungs were burning.
This week the arms were hanging on for dear life.

26.2 demanded precision when everything wanted to fall apart.
And once again, the Shack Pack stepped up.

Big efforts. Big support. Big energy in the gym.

Proud of the way this community shows up for the workout, and for each other.

Two weeks down. One more to go. 🔥

Head, Shoulders, Knees, Toes ❌
Hands, Shoulders, Legs and Core ✅

These Open workouts are challenging, but I’m really enjoying them.
Nothing beats testing your fitness and seeing the work from the past year pay off. @hwpotraining

The first Open workout hits different.

It’s nerves before “3…2…1…”
It’s empty lungs and full hearts.
It’s teammates screaming your name when you want to quit.
This is why we train all year.
For moments like this.
For people like this.

The Open is here. And so is the energy.
❤️🔥
