Late to the trend, but we’ve been a little busy 💅🏼 Women owned. Women operated. Almost five years in... and we’re just getting started. 😏

What people think a fully remote team looks like: 🏖️☕️😴 What it actually looks like: 👆 Our office may be spread across different zip codes, but somehow we’re more connected than ever. The Zoom rooms stay busy, the Slack messages never stop, and the work gets DONE!

Monday morning meeting with Midnight's newest team of EIGHT 8️⃣🙌 Last week we welcomed our new Creative Operations Manager, Epiphany Kidwell, to the team and judging by these faces, we couldn't be more excited 🤗 As Midnight continues to grow, we're putting even more focus on building the systems, processes, and support needed to help our creatives spend more time doing what they do best: creating!! A huge milestone for our team and one we're really proud of. Welcome to the chaos, Piph 🤍

Huge congrats to our Good Moves girls on the official opening of their Mandeville studio 🩷🧡💛 @goodmovesla Over the last two years we’ve had the chance to help bring two Good Moves locations to life, and watching this brand continue to grow has been SO rewarding. The new Mandeville studio is a stunner!! Packed with state-of-the-art equipment. Honestly… that Climb room almost has us commuting across the lake. So proud of you @goodmovesla and @jasminemahtook. Y’all are changing the game for Lagree in the South, and it’s happening for a reason 🤝

FBL but make it Friday Happy Hour 🍸 @charlesandjulianola We worked with the @latterhospitality team on pieces of the brand extension for this space, so finally getting to experience it all in action at their Friends & Family opening made the night even more fun. Downstairs gives moody cocktail lounge energy with a menu full of seasonally inspired plates, while upstairs feels like a rooftop escape with an incredible cocktail list and such good vibes. Safe to say we see a lot of Friday Business Lunches… Happy Hours and Dinners… in our future here 😏 More project content coming soon!

Our camera roll should be on payroll at this point 💸 Weird how restaurant lighting, pet pics, random street corners, and screenshots saved at 2 a.m. all somehow turn into strategy 😜 Which team member’s albums look most like yours?

If you know, you know… and if you don’t, we got you😉 We asked the team how they fest like locals and these are the answers that keep you cool, fed, and still standing by the end of the day. Save this for future reference before you make your way to the Fair Ground in just 2 weeks!! Yay!! 🎷
