@goshockersbsb crushing some early off-season deep tier plyos @mcinneswatson

Squat Jump > Side to Side > Front to Back > 180 > Tuck Jumps keeping a ground touch in every rep to ensure deeper joint range of motion. We progressed Week 1-3 from :15 > :20 > :25 of each variation.

☑️ Force and Elasticity in deeper ranges of motion for more compliant tendons
☑️ Muscle dominant jump for tissue development and metabolic conditioning
☑️ Great stimulus for a non-jump dominant sport to get a novel power stimulus
☑️ Eccentric RFD and Eccentric Impulse significantly improve on Jump Testing on @vald_performance CMJ after a few weeks
🐰 Bounce and Concentric Measures also improve on the @forcedecks

Split Stance variations coming Weeks 4-6 💪🏻
