Posted @withregram • @playflow__ Hi friend 🌀

I’m excited to announce Play Flow Vol. 7

WHEN: October 17TH, 2024 at 7PM
WHERE: @mercuryprojectsa

⭐️All info and RSVP on bio⭐️

This is for creatives/artists and everyone that wishes to explore new ways of self-expression and creativity (+ a nice workout🤣)

No dance experience needed, for all bodies

We go through some guided exercises and games to warm up, allowing us to get back into our bodies into a flow state.

Thank you to all the beautiful people that have showed up in one or more of my workshop that keep me going🧡

My mission is to bring more dance and play in safe containers and do it in community in San Antonio. Movement practices have change my life and I want to share that with you ✨

See you on the dance floor 🌀

We’re building the community we’ve always needed.

At our recent Build HQ meetup, we shared our goals, our ambitions, and our “whys.”

Whether you’re a dancer, therapist, photographer, social media manager, or real estate agent, there’s a reason why movie credits show such a wide range of roles:

It takes a village of varied skills and talents working together to make something great.

Thats why we started Build HQ. Finally, you can join a dedicated group of friends working towards their dreams, tapping into their creativity, and mindfully bridging the silos that separate us.

We hope to see you at the next one! Come to chill, brainstorm, or support an existing project.

*Build HQ will resume Wednesday, October 9th @ 7PM with Nightmode*
