Ignore my red face okay 🥵😂. Thanks.

But here are a few accessible tricks for beginners*.
Most people will get these trapeze tricks in their first class. ✅
And there are more beginner tricks!

That's the fun thing about trapeze that you already can do stuff without strength, experience or flexibility! Because circus, and in this case trapeze MAKES you flexible and strong instead of needing to be like that from the start.

And the good news is: we still have space in our trapeze classes. 😍

Information for this trapeze class:
Location:
Circus Diedom Utrecht @circusdiedom
Time & day:
Wednesday 19:00: - 20:30:
Level: for all levels. 🩷
Age: 16+
Language: Dutch/English
Teacher: Marleen van der Post @marleenvanderpost

Sign up through the link in the bio, or send Circus Diedom email through: info@diedom.nl

* If you're progress is slower, it's all okay🥰. At Diedom everyone works at their own pace and own level.

As you might have noticed, I do 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘇𝗲 for quite a while now. And I love it, I love the community feeling even more! 🫂

You got so bored with regular fitness...?(I would be too😅). So, searching for a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 ?
Then I've good news for you!

Cause we still have space in our trapeze classes! Trapeze is a 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 way of moving. At least it boosts my serotonin 🌞. The teacher is the best, so compassionated and talented!
