when I met sarah a couple years ago in nantucket, we instantly connected because our dads went through the exact same thing. I was inspired by her relationship with her dad, so it wasn’t surprising that his presence was felt in so many little moments throughout her wedding day.

I’ve always known keddy to be a genuinely good guy, so the two of them finding each other just made sense. two kind, authentic people celebrating the right way. completely present, surrounded by loved ones in a classic and beautiful jupiter setting.

one of my favorite moments was overhearing his grandpa call them “man and wife.” can we bring that back pls? it just hits better than husband and wife…

but my top favorite happened in the bathroom when I overheard sarah say “I don’t want it to end” and one of her bridesmaids reassured her in the cutest way “it’s not it’s never ending”

I was moved by such a simple exchange because it felt like the perfect example of how the best moments in life feel. I remember feeling that exact way after my 30th birthday party, immediately sad and borderline sick that it was over. but how cool is it that we get moments in life we wish could last forever? it was a reminder of why I have the coolest job in the world, I get to time capsule moments that people so badly don’t want to end. thanks for being here 🤍
