two weeks in at cirque du soleil and i still can’t believe this is a real thing that’s happening. it’s no hyperbole when i say that this has been my wildest dream since childhood, and number one on my list of life goals. thank you a million times to everyone who believed in me enough to get me here, and everyone who is believing in me now 💛☀️

that last slide is a youtube playlist i made when i was about thirteen as a time capsule for my older self to listen to if i was ever lucky enough to be flying to CDS headquarters. i’m not sure if i was trying to give myself a soundtrack to success or if i was trying to make sure that an older version of me didn’t forget who i was back then. if i could send a message back, it would say: we’re there, we listened to it, and i will never forget you—you got us here. all i can do is take it from here ☀️
