Just wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY To my buddy Praveen @moneyps. He decided he wanted to do a centurion work out with his beautiful family this morning to celebrate his 45th birthday. 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 parallette rows, 100 dips, 100 sit-ups, 100 kettle bell swings, 100 kettle bell squats, and 100 two-count jumping lunges. They all finished the work out in just under an hour. Praveen is an all-around great guy. Everybody that knows him loves him. I met him about nine years ago before my son was born. He got me involved in a program where dad‘s take their kids camping on a regular basis. It was so awesome that I ended up getting three other dads involved in the program as well. It changed my relationship with my kids and now we go camping on a regular basis. Even though he’s a few years younger than me, I consider him to be a bit of a mentor. He’s a wonderful husband and father and I have great admiration for him. I could go on and on, but I’m sure I’ll hear about this post next week. Hope you have the happiest birthday buddy. Enjoy your chicken wings, you earned them.
