Welcome to THE OFFICE 954.

One of Fort Lauderdale’s most unique group fitness experiences.

Walk through our doors and you’ll find an organic wellness market in the lobby. Step into the room to the right and the atmosphere completely changes—an intimate, nightclub-inspired workout space built for just 12 people.

We keep our classes small by design. More attention. Better energy. Results-driven programming. The only exception is our signature BOUNCE class, where 25 trampolines take over the room for an experience entirely its own.

Expect one-of-a-kind workouts, exceptional instructors and a boutique environment where every detail is intentional 🦄

And there’s history here, too.

Our building has been owned by the Maitland family since the early ’90s—long before THE OFFICE existed within its walls. Today, it’s home to something that feels distinctly Fort Lauderdale: independent, unexpected and unlike anything else in the city.

Small classes. Big energy. Get 2 Work!

Welcome to THE OFFICE 954.

Introducing BOUNCE at The Office 954. 🦄

You may have taken a trampoline class before…. our approach to rebounding is a little different 🎶

The music, the movement, the programming, the environment — it’s something you really have to experience for yourself.

BOUNCE is our signature 25-spot, high-intensity class built around jumping intervals, lower & upper body work + abs — all taught to the beat.

BOUNCE + is our hybrid class, limited to 12 spots and mixes the trampoline with heavy weights, Pilates, barre, bands, sculpt + more, both on and off the trampoline.

Rebounding works your body and your brain 🧠 — challenging your core, stabilizing muscles, balance, coordination + proprioception while keeping you thinking and reacting with every move. It also provides mechanical loading for your muscles + bones, supports circulation + lymphatic flow, and can help build muscle tone and improve the appearance of cellulite over time 🙌🏼

Never bounced or slightly intimidated? —No problem. We have trampolines with handlebars available. You control your intensity & go at your own pace!

It’s hard to explain exactly what makes our BOUNCE different—
You just have to experience it 🪩💃🏼🎶🤸🦄
