I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to Mars Hill University to continue my athletic and academic career.

I want to thank Coach Cheryl, Casey, Miriam, and Jeff for the countless amount of hours you have put into my golf game to allow me to have this opportunity. You have all pushed me to be the best person and player possible. I also want to thank my family and everyone in my golf community for the endless amounts of support you have given me along this journey.

Lastly, thank you to Coach Greenway for believing in me and giving me this amazing opportunity to continue playing golf at the D2 level. I can’t wait to be a future Lion!! 💙💛

From participant to mentor, Chelsea's journey is a powerful example of the lasting impact of First Tee.

Chelsea recently graduated from Mars Hill University with a Master of Management degree after earning her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minors in Sport Management and Graphic Design.

Having been involved with First Tee since third grade, Chelsea credits the program with helping shape her character, confidence, and leadership skills. Through the support of First Tee Naples/Collier's scholarship program, she was able to pursue her education, compete as a collegiate golfer, and build lifelong friendships and experiences.

Today, one of the most meaningful parts of her journey has come full circle through the Game Changers program, where she has spent the last four summers helping young participants develop confidence, learn life skills, and discover their potential.

"Without First Tee, I would not be where I am today. The program opened so many doors for me and gave me opportunities that changed my life."

Congratulations, Chelsea! We are proud of all you have accomplished and grateful for the impact you continue to make on the next generation. 💙💛
