— every week at the beginning of rehearsal we get to have a time we call “wins.” this is a time where we open the floor to our team to encourage someone inside or outside the circle. In a world where comparison is so easy to get caught up in, we see our worship family every week celebrating each other and being each other’s biggest fans. We love our worship family. ♥️

— we have been having some power outages this morning + wow, there is something just so beautiful hearing everyone sing praises to our God all together as a family with all of production being stripped down. one of the most beautiful sounds we’ve ever heard. such a sweet and pure presence here today.

John 1:5//
“The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.” Psalm 139:12//
“Even the darkness is not to you.” I fear darkness. I fear what I see on the news. I fear what I see in my own heart. But because of Jesus I don’t have to be afraid. I was a slave to darkness, but Jesus came to free me and you. He overcame sin and death once and for all, by bearing the crushing weight of our sin upon Himself. BUT, He rose from the grave. I really believe that. And because I believe that, I know I don’t need to be afraid. Darkness doesn’t reign over me anymore, Jesus is my King.
My steady hope when fear strikes.

Lord, teach me once again what’s true// “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.” I was challenged by @dannyargot as part of the @resonatecmpgn to post a song inspired or directly from scripture// I challenge @marsthewriter @annagplatner and @karadawnz to meditate on a favorite verse and share a song centered around it. ❤️
