Meet Leia🤍
Leia is a certified Pilates instructor with a love for movement, good energy, and making every class feel just as fun as it is challenging. She fell in love with Pilates because of the confidence, strength, and connection it brings her both mentally and physically. Her classes are a mix of intentional movement, a little burn, and lots of good vibes.

When she’s not at the studio teaching or taking a class herself, you can usually find Leia spending time with her son, Dash, cheering him on at football or trying new spots around town.

Leia’s goal is for you to leave her class feeling stronger, more confident, and already excited to come back.
