antes de que termine el año quiero dejar constancia de lo hermoso que fue esta primera experiencia de un taller de lectura y escritura de sueños 🕯🖤 fueron dos meses de una profundidad estremecedora y también de una confianza nueva. contar los sueños en un grupo no es cualquier cosa. se comparte una energía que nos pone en otra sintonía y que posibilita otro tipo de atención al mundo 👁‍🗨 aprendí de los increíbles paisajes oníricos de las soñantes que participaron y de cómo sus mensajes abrían cada vez más los límites de lo que entendemos por los sueños y la vida 💫

no sólo escribimos nuestros sueños sino que también inventamos sueños que posiblemente soñaríamos, así también revisamos diarios de sueños de distintos escritores ✨ tuvimos nuestro repaso también por la diversa producción de imágenes oníricas en la historia del arte y no puedo dejar de mencionar el aporte de @martesmuerto de estas iconografías y de sus saberes sobre medicina del sueño. también a @vanmartinez.es por su clase magistral sobre el sueño en la historia literaria :)

espero que el próximo año esta experiencia pueda repetirse y que la utopía onírica siga creciendo. atentis a nuevas aventuras 🧚‍♂️

Ahora cayendo en cuenta de lo hermosa y mística que fue esa noche lluviosa del 22 de agosto 🌺🕯 Una velada con todo su nombre, digna de Pedro y toda su trama de mago revoltoso. Los ríos desbordaban y ahí estuvimos rindiendo homenaje a los espíritus, reventando el local por la poesía; quién lo diría. Realizando un sueño, llevando el polvo cósmico a la tierra como el arcano de la estrella 💫Agradecida infinito a quienes me apoyaron después de tiempos difíciles: ante todo a Pedro, por susurrarme este ritual desde el otro lado. A les poetas por supuesto, que nos deleitaron: Alexander, Valentina, Ann, Manuel, Mariela, Camila, Karmele y Paula, que apoyó generosamente y que está presente siempre inspirando la ciudad lucía. Por supuesto a Carla, que lo dio todo con su elegancia y alegría dando la bienvenida y timbrando a les invitades. A Javi que diseñó ese afiche de ensueño que proyectó todo tipo de expectativas y le dio el imaginario. A Felipe que le proporcionó el continente ambiental y musical a la lectura, cumpliendo toda promesa atmosférica. A Diego que hizo el registro lumínico preciso de todo este suceso. A mi padre que paleteado me prestó los parlantes y cables. A las del Costabrava (Mireya, Lin, Mia y más) que me prestaron el espacio y lo sostuvieron de principio a fin. Y a todes quienes asistieron y que aportaron a esta escena salvaje y divina 💜

As humans, we are deeply attached to our sense of self-importance, our beliefs, opinions, and values. They shape our personality, our very sense of self.

FEELING is a revolutionary act that challenges our personality and the familiar references we cling to.

Many people resist feeling because it requires dropping out of the intellect and embracing a purely visceral experience.

Feeling puts us in the realm of the unknown. The unknown is often terrifying to the personality.

Resisting feeling means we are holding onto the concept of ourselves and refusing to let go of who we think we are.

Feeling gives us a direct relationship to our true selves. It's where we can find ourselves without any interpretations or references. When we feel, we let go of our minds' habits of controlling, manipulating, grasping, and identifying. Choosing to feel doesn't mean that our habits disappear completely. Rather, it means that we consciously choose to prioritise our honest felt experience over our habitual ways of thinking and reacting.

By choosing to feel, we also choose to embrace the uncertainty that comes with it. It's a courageous risk that requires us to surrender control and allow ourselves to be vulnerable to whatever arises.

EL ESPACIO ONÍRICO DE LOS MUERTOS ☠️ ¿has soñado alguna vez con el lugar donde habitan los muertos?

😴Viaja por el universo de los sueños junto a Felipe Crocco, médico cirujano egresado de la UC, y trabajador en el área de salud mental. Es miembro de la Unidad de Filosofía y Humanidades de la Psiquiatría, de la Clínica Psiquiátrica Universitaria de la Universidad de Chile y del Grupo de Trabajo de Psicopatología, Filosofía y Humanidades de SONEPSYN. Su principal interés se encuentra en el estudio de la conciencia humana y la construcción de sentido de realidad, donde se ha enfocado en el sueño y el dormir como campo de investigación teórico y experimental.

🕯️"En lo cotidiano no es raro haber escuchado relatos de personas que aseguran haber soñado con muertos. Un estudio de Harvard al respecto, encontró un 39% de prevalencia en la vida de este tipo de experiencias oníricas (...) Identificaron distintas categorías o temáticas de sueño que se repetían: entre difuntos que volvían a la vida, otros que aparecían para aconsejar al soñante, otros para perdonar, algunos daban cuenta de cómo es estar muerto."

El viernes 5 de agosto se dará inicio a ABSTRACTA #2 en el Centro de Extensión Del Instituto Nacional CEINA. Este encuentro busca reunir experiencias digitales, arte sonoro, performance y visual.

ABSTRACTA comenzará a las 21:30 hrs y estará compuesto por cinco momentos musicales y performáticos, que estarán ocurriendo en diferentes espacios del centro de extensión, donde podrás ver a Archimboldos (Nico Carcavilla y Felipe Crocco) en el Aula Magna, una performance/instalación de Ce Pams en la Salla Reverb, también estará Dj Fracaso, Alexander Mabes y Der Nautilus.
