Behind every medal is a journey that few get to see. 🛣️

In a heartfelt reflection published by Insights @ HCI, Lucas shares the challenges, injuries, setbacks and moments of self-doubt that have shaped his Wushu journey. 🫶🏻

From struggling with injuries and rebuilding his confidence to representing Singapore at the World Junior Wushu Championships, where he clinched a Silver and Bronze medal, Lucas reminds us that perseverance is not about being fearless, but finding the courage to keep moving forward. 💪🏻

His journey is a meaningful reminder that growth goes beyond medals and results. It is about the character we develop, the challenges we overcome and the lessons we carry with us. 👍🏻

Congratulations, Lucas, on your achievements and on being awarded the SSSC Best Sportsboy Award (Wushu) 2026 for the second time! 👏🏻

Thank you to Hwa Chong Institution for featuring Lucas and giving him the opportunity to share his story. 🙏🏻

From One Fighter to Three! 🥊

Our Martial House Sanda Team was in action at today’s Sanda Friendly Fall Edition, organised by @sg_wuzong! 🤩

In the previous edition, Eason was our sole representative. This time, we had three athletes stepping into the arena! 🙌🏻

@easonsdiary competed in his second match, while @yucennnnnnnn and @yuna_thefish made their Sanda competition debuts! Congratulations to Yu Cen on securing a victory! 👏🏻

While the results may not have gone everyone’s way, every match was a valuable opportunity to gain experience, learn and improve. 👍🏻

We are incredibly proud of all three athletes for stepping up, challenging themselves and giving their best. ❤️

More importantly, it’s encouraging to see the growth and progress of our Martial House Sanda Team. From one athlete in the previous edition to three today, we’re taking small but meaningful steps forward. 💪🏻

A heartfelt thank you to Coach Pei Fu and Coach Boon Wei for your dedication and commitment to training, guiding and developing our athletes. 🙏🏻

And to everyone who came down to cheer on and support our athletes, thank you for being there! Your encouragement means a lot to the team and makes the journey even more meaningful. 🫶🏻

Still much to learn and plenty of room to grow. We’ll keep working hard and improving together! 👊🏻

A little change of court, but the same love for staying active! 🏓

Our Martial House family swapped Wushu training for a fun session of pickleball, getting together to move, play and enjoy an active lifestyle beyond the training studio. ❤️

Because staying active doesn’t always have to feel like training. Sometimes, it’s simply about trying something new, having fun and moving together! 😁

Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about the Asian Games. But for our young athletes, the lesson goes far beyond medals. 🚀

Behind every performance are countless hours of training, repetition, setbacks, discipline and the courage to keep showing up. 💪🏻

Wushu teaches us that progress isn’t always about being better than others. Sometimes, it’s simply about being a little better than we were yesterday. ❤️

And to celebrate the spirit of Wushu, we have a little something for our Wushu community! 🎁

ASIAN GAMES WUSHU PIN GIVEAWAY
3 pins. 3 winners. ✨

To participate:
1️⃣ Follow @martialhouse
2️⃣ Like this post

Little hands, gentle movements, big smiles. 😁

This Children’s Day, we’re celebrating the joy of learning, growing and discovering something new! 🙌🏻

Through Taiji, Coach Rui Ling guides our young ones to develop focus, balance and body awareness, one gentle movement at a time. 🌱

At Martial House, we believe Wushu is more than just an art. It’s a way of life that nurtures discipline, confidence and character from a young age. 👍🏻

Here’s to raising the next generation with strong bodies, curious minds and kind hearts! 🫶🏻

Happy Children’s Day from Martial House! ❤️
