Yesterday’s Self Love Seminar hosted by the DL Handy Foundation was absolutely amazing! 💕
A powerful thank you to our speaker, Dr. Cynthia Williams, (@lovefromafar)for pouring into everyone in the room with wisdom, transparency, and empowerment.
The message was clear and life-changing:
✨ Set Boundaries
✨ Say NO without guilt
✨ Choose YOU
Self-love isn’t selfish — it’s necessary. When you protect your peace, you protect your purpose.
Thank you to everyone who attended and made the event so impactful. We’re growing, healing, and elevating together! 💛
