POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Was trying to find something in my Google Drive today and found this write up for a magazine during lockdown ~ a little collab with my boy @dan_knott that I had completely forgot about. With it came a flood of memories of some beautiful friends. A tribute to unit j and the UK. FOREVER FRIENDS.

Sun, sea, adventures and the best of friends. What more could a girl ask for from the summer? Apart from a one-way ticket to Japan 🔆🌛

2024 was quite the year of travel for me. I was blessed with the opportunity to travel to teach in places like Italy & Chile while also getting to compete in the very first Kettlebell Juggling Competition in the USA ever, in Brooklyn, NYC.

As I look back at 2024, I smile knowing how lucky I was to have all this happen in one year (perhaps unlucky in the case of getting robbed in Rome 😐).

The trip to Italy for @humanfit.project was one for the books no doubt. The collection of talent we had teaching all sorts of modalities and disciplines was incredible. Doing it all in the gorgeous, seaside town of Vieste made it beyond picture perfect. The phrase “they don’t make em like they used to” comes to mind a lot when I think of Italy, the culture, food, architecture. Everything everywhere was beautiful. Really special. A trip of a lifetime, no doubt 🇮🇹
