No music. No aircon. Just the sound of Australia, the road beneath us, and two little voices growing up along the way.

A year we’ll never get back —
but will never forget. 🤎🇦🇺

A few more from Jacob’s Ladder 🤎

It’s places and experiences (and some very special people) like these that really hit home and remind us that we’re actually out experiencing what the world has to offer rather than at home living a ‘normal’ life. We’re feeling super grateful and proud of ourselves for choosing to live this life 🫶🏼

🚙 A great base to explore Freycinet in the South, and Bicheno in the North

Days spent at the beach, exploring the national park and making mems with wombats, seals, echidnas and wallabies.. does it actually get any better?! 🙌🏼 (No. No it does not)

The week that was 🫶🏼💫

We had a really fun and wholesome week on Bruny, made even better with the company of beautiful friends 🤎 There was sun, surf, sand and plenty of smiles! Camping together and watching the kids be kids was the highlight by far though 🥹

📍Broome ~the land of fire and salt🔥🌊
Where the land burns red and the ocean breathes blue ❤️🩵
.
We spent two golden weeks here with friends that felt like family ~ old ones from Ningaloo @hurst020416 @billyhurst3 and new ones @martinaparkes @cahil.parkes 🥰
.
Our girls played for hours, the dads went “fishless fishing” (mostly getting in trouble ~ classic James & Billy duo 🙈), and the pregnant mums snuck away for coffees, cakes, and long beach walks ☕️🥐🤰🤰
.
We built bonfires under glowing skies, went to the horse races, wandered through markets, watched the iconic Stairway to Heaven sunsets, and shared endless dinners under the stars✨
.
Days melted into chats, beach BBQs, splash parks, moonlight cinema nights, and rocky red adventures ~ always half-swimming, half-watching for crocs, while waving to camels passing by🐊🐪
.
Broome ~ we came with no plans and left with full hearts 🤎
.
Thank you for all the memories you carved into us ~stories we’ll replay forever, every time the red dust meets the sea breeze💛
.
🎥✨ Here’s to living our own little movies~
raw, wild, and beautifully real🎬
.
.
.
Is Broome on your bucket list? Maybe it’s time to follow that call to the wild… 🐪🔥
