POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Had an Educational time last night with @StuporModel at the iconic @DolbyTheater to see @HubermanLab live to celebrate the release of his book #Protocols

It was an honor to sit in the orchestra pit and learn what he has to share with us about the science behind how our mind and body work and his journey to share it with us.

As we waited for the show to start, I caught up with @ChrisRayFilms & @MartinFobes and saw a lot of Black & White portraits by @BlacacPhotos on screen before the show.
These photos were of people who have been on and worked on the #HuberManLabPodcast
Thanks for the #HubermanLabTeam for the tickets!

They have a show in San Francisco in a few weeks if you want to check it out.

I have been enlightened by @HubermanLab ever since @Karl_Watson did an interview for @JenkemMag back in 2021
Check it out for a great skater’s perspective on what you can learn about yourself.

Congrats to Andrew for the release of the book and being on the @NyTimes best seller list for this past 3 weeks.

Thanks to Andrew for making the science of our mind and body easy to digest audibly.

I appreciate the book supplied by @DrinkAG1I will digest this book at a slower pace but looking forward to having it as a reference manual.

Congratulations @hubermanlab on hitting #1 on NYT this week.

I hope everyone takes the chance to look at this, as it's truly remarkable.

Having listened to nearly every one of his podcasts myself personally, I still read a ton of stuff I didn't know or never heard him cover before. It really is an incredible resource and something Andrew literally spent years writing.

He's spent years now dedicated to public communication of science, and his passion for helping people just pours out on the pages.

He deserves everything he's earned and more.

Two focal distances, both in focus, in one scene at one time, or… extra buttery background bokeh across half the image. Pretty wild visuals and emotional possibilities the Split 50 filter gives. You’re in the driver seat with this one. How you gonna play it?
