I work with so many coaches and what I realise is a lot of them are filled with FEAR thinking that coaching in a more constructive way will be seen as too harsh..

What I personally consider harsh is having to watch your athletes feel like they aren’t achieving their goals and dreams because you’re afraid of hurting their feelings.

Are there any constructive coaches left that aren’t afraid to tell the truth? If you want to know how you can master this approach send us an email 📧 info@passionperformance.com.au

To those who know my story, the REAL ONE. The healing never truly stops. But today I’m reflecting with a different perspective.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt in life wasn’t the happiest one. BUT this video serves as a reminder to me that no matter what happens - you will be not just OKAY but EVEN BETTER!

Your heart can only ever be stolen if you allow it to be. Some people are BORN to shine, others will cling to you like a bad smell and try to take you for everything you’ve got.

Protect your heart it’s more valuable than money ever will be. Greed and jealously will always fall short. I am so grateful to have had this moment and it will never be taken away from me. ☺️

Keep going, DON’T STOP! Follow your purpose. It will lead you to where you want to go.
