OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE PAW FIRM

Following an extensive consultation, review of evidence, and several treats billed at attorney rates, Wawa, Esq. has formally accepted representation of Marv the Berner.

Today, a Notice of Intent to Sue was delivered to the resident cats regarding an alleged campaign of harassment, intimidation, couch occupation, and repeated attempts to undermine Marv’s right to peaceful residence.

The Paw Firm believes no dog should live in fear of tiny furry dictators who hold secret meetings on top of refrigerators.

Our client seeks:
⚖️ Equal access to couches and beds
⚖️ Freedom from unwarranted judgment
⚖️ Compensation in treats and snacks
⚖️ Protection from surprise paw swats and midnight conspiracies

The feline defendants have been given 7 business days to respond before formal proceedings begin in the Court of Paw and Public Opinion.

At this time, Wawa advises the public not to engage with any rumors being spread by the cats.

Further updates will be provided as this developing legal matter unfolds.

LEGALLY SPEAKING: WAWA HAS TAKEN THE CASE

After an emergency consultation at The Paw Firm, Senior Counsel Wawa, Esq. reviewed the evidence submitted by @marv_the_berner regarding ongoing feline misconduct.

Following a thorough investigation, Wawa determined there is sufficient cause to proceed with representation in the matter of:

Marv the Berner vs. The Cat Collective

Allegations include:
• Conspiracy to secure unlawful eviction
• Coordinated emotional manipulation
• Unauthorized occupation of premium sleeping locations
• Repeated acts of judgment from elevated surfaces
• Intentional destruction of the plaintiff’s reputation

Wawa released the following statement:

“My client is clearly innocent. No dog should have to live under constant threat from a group of tiny furry landlords.”

The Paw Firm will be seeking damages in the form of treats, belly rubs, and immediate restoration of couch privileges.

🐶⚖️ Case accepted. Cats, please have your attorneys contact us.
