Words can’t express how proud I am of these young men.

It is a profound honor to have served as the Dean for the 007: R.E.B.I.R.T.H. line of the Rho Delta Chapter and the R.O.T.P. line of the Iota Chi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as a Neo. This experience has been more than a role, it has been a journey marked by growth, trust, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. To stand alongside these young men as they pursued something greater than themselves is something I will always carry with pride.

Throughout this process, I’ve had the privilege of truly getting to know each of them beyond the surface. I’ve seen their character tested, their patience stretched, and their resolve challenged in ways that demanded more than just effort…it required belief and the strength of brotherhood because what stood out most was not just their individual strength, but the way they leaned on one another. They built a bond rooted in accountability and togetherness, understanding early on that none of them would reach Alphaland alone.

There was no shortage of outside noise, distractions, doubts, and pressures that could have easily derailed their path. But they refused to fold. These young men remained focused, grounded, and committed to the vision in front of them. They didn’t allow the chaos around them to define their journey; they let their purpose drive them forward.

Watching them persevere together has been one of the most rewarding parts of this experience. They earned this, despite what other’s believed. And in doing so, they’ve laid a foundation that will carry them far beyond this moment. I am proud of the men they have become, and even more excited for the impact they will continue to make as they move forward in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

Thank you to @dbalpha06 for your guidance and support! I will forever be grateful to learn from you.

I want to thank God for guiding my steps throught my journey into Alpha and manhood. Without the Lord I would not be here today.. He deserves all the Honor and Glory.

To my Dean & AD

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Without your support and wisdom I would not be in the position that I am in now. You put your trust in us, and want to ensure you, that your trust in me and my Brothers will lead to an everlasting impact in this world.

TO MY BROTHERS

I am deeply proud of each and every one of you. This journy was so amazing becasue I had the six of you by my side. Your motivation, accountability, and love kept me going during the times I thought I wouldnt make it. We crossed those Burning Sands together and made it to the end, but its not over. The real work is just beginning and im overjoyed to be able to do it by your sides.
