Meet our Director! 🎥🎬

Justin Stapleton is a combat veteran turned filmmaker from Los Angeles, Ca. His love of cinema dates to a time before he could barely walk or talk, and he is truly living his passion. Justin is a talented writer/director who has worked in many crew positions, making him an invaluable member of any production team. Project meaning for me:

Silent Strings is a fantastic screenplay that evokes an emotional experience for the reader myself included. As I read I discovered what it means to me, and that is taking ownership over your life in the case of this script your passion. As someone who left another life 3,000 miles away ten years ago, to follow a dream I understand Yasmine’s struggle completely.

There’s a message to be sent here and that is when the odds seem insurmountable, and the path is not clear you have to take it if you really want, or more so need that journey. I live by a phrase “how can we know if the water is hot or cold unless we jump in”. So why not? None of us are here forever. Dream big and take action. 🎬

I just lived out a childhood dream of mine & I’m just gonna brag for a moment.

This is full circle ⭕️ for me. I dreamed of doing the things I’m doing as a kid. I see to play acting with my siblings, talk about movies I would make and they wood interview me as if I just won an award 🥇.

I’ve been through so much In my life in the pursuit of my dreams. Every low was worth it, Every high kept me going and pushing further. Every person I’ve connected with show d me a type of love I didn’t know was possible.

I’m the first person in my family to do anything like this. where I’m from no one makes it they are either in jail, pregnant, coal mining or dead.

I chose making it out because I felt God placed many gifts in me to be used around the world.

People say they live my energy and essence when really what they are loving is the God in me guiding my steps.

I’ve accomplished so much that I’ve written down. This is only the beginning and I’m grateful for where God has led me.

I’m just as surprised everyday but I think that is what walking by faith & not by sight actually means.

I’m a writer/Director that wants to leave something behind. For me it isn’t just about fame it’s about legacy.

I want my legacy to go down as one of the greats. Someone that in being here changed the game and made the world a better place because I was here! 🎬💫

That’s it. That’s the goal because when I do that every else will come. I will be winning and Oscar someday and have my name on the wall of fame ⭐️

My Vampire Bodyguard ~ Jan 2025 ~ 2nd AD

This was my first project of the year, and my first vampire film. It was a 7 day project, and the cast and crew were amazing to work with. This was also my second project in a row with one of the leads and that’s always a treat. Little did I know that after this project my 2nd AD days were slowly behind me. Oh and my brother even joined as background and got bumped up to having a line. Loved having him on set and get a little taste of what I do and how this wild world works.
