🍣 KATSUMI just opened in Logan Circle with a Michelin-starred chef.

@katsumirestaurant is a modern Japanese restaurant at 1520 14th Street NW, taking over the Bar Japonais space with a refreshed concept.

Led by Chef Masaaki “Uchi” Uchino, who earned three consecutive Michelin stars at Sushi Nakazawa DC (2020-2022).

What they offer:
🍱 Omakase: 9 courses, 16 selections of seasonal ingredients (limited nightly, reservations required)
🍣 Fresh sushi, sashimi, and hand rolls
