Two years ago, this was easy. After my knee injuries, it became the goal.

Back in the same place, two years later.
Still working. Still rebuilding. Still believing I’ll get there again.

The comeback continues. 🦵🏽🔥

Keep Pushing. Keep It Moving. ⚡️

New flow. New level. 🪢🔥

Taking spins, hand movements and rope flow somewhere new.

No coach. No shortcuts. Just consistency, creativity and countless reps.

Still evolving. Never finished.

Keep Pushing. Keep It Moving. ⚡️#trusttheprocess#keepsupporting#creativity#chico#nike

Never been gone. Just been working. 🪢

New flows. New ways to move. New ways to express myself.

Still learning. Still experimenting. Still putting in the reps.

Because consistency isn’t about doing the same thing forever.

It’s about finding new ways to keep moving forward.

Keep Pushing. Keep It Moving.

‼️Enjoying my experience at the London jumprope meet-up 2026 by doing a short combo with jumprope friends. The idea behind these compilations came about because I couldn't perform complex routines with anybody at the meet-ups, which made me feel a little left out, so I decided to get involved by asking anyone who was willing to do one of my combos with me, which has made my experience feel less awkward and more involved! Watch this space for more‼️

Look good, feel good, perform better. 📈
People ask me why I’m always at the park. It’s simple: freedom. Today I’m back in my high school colors—burgundy—and enjoying every minute of this session. Remember, if you aren’t having fun with your fitness, you’re doing it wrong. Find your “why,” find your “where,” and let’s go! 🙏🏼💪🏻❤️

New move: Orbit Release 360 🪢

This move came from focusing on hand drills while rebuilding my training during recovery.

Instead of high-impact jumping, I started working more on rope control, timing and hand movement. That’s when the idea came — a mic release flowing into an orbit catch with a 360 spin.

The goal was to create something smooth, creative and low impact on the knees while still pushing my jump rope skills forward.

Sometimes slowing down and focusing on the small details leads to new ideas.

This reel shows the hand drills and movement that inspired the Orbit Release 360.

Tutorial coming soon.

Duo training has really helped me stay inspired during this journey.

Training alongside someone keeps the energy high, pushes you to stay consistent, and reminds you that progress is built together.

Step by step, getting stronger again.
