Introducing @mary236: I was 16 when I had my son, got married and gained over 200 pounds in less than a year. My health got so bad, I end up becoming paralyzed in my left leg from a pinched nerve and spinal stenosis. There was a lot going on at that time. I tried to lose weight doing all different kinds of diets, and I did lose weight but I would gain it right back faster than I lost it. One day I was on YouTube, and a recommended video popped up about Keto, you can say it changed my life...Now it's been a little over two and a half years, and I've never been healthier. #ketoforlife! I don't have a picture of me at my heaviest but in the first photo I was around 310 lb.
