Gameday highlights are built by the boring work when no one else is watching… Don’t wish for or expect it to happen in a day, a week, a month… Just do your work, to the best of your ability, today. You’ve got this. Find your edge. #CrossFit #Hyrox #crossfittraining #hyroxtraining #fitness 📷: @dclark_media

🔥 BUILT FOR THE WORK. READY FOR THE CHALLENGE. 🔥 HYROX training isn’t about being the fastest or the strongest in the room. It’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and becoming a little tougher every time you walk through the door. 💪 🏃‍♀️ Run. Push. Pull. Repeat. 🥵 Embrace the discomfort. 🔥 Build strength. Build endurance. Build confidence. At Invigorate Fitness, we train for more than just a workout. We train to do hard things. WHO’S READY TO PUT IN THE WORK? 👊 #InvigorateFitness #HYROXTraining #HYROX #FitnessMotivation #BuiltNotBorn StrongerTogether

Adding an icon of a person with a cane to denote masters athletes is diabolical.

EFP RUN CLUB VOL 100 Great group that came out for our 100th run! When I first started this, I didn’t know what to expect… But each week, it’s a bright spot, a motivation to move, a place to see new and friendly faces. Couldn’t do it without the help of @return2sport.pt and @josh.cornett + all the regulars that show up even when it’s monsooning or a 110 degree heat index! 🍻

THE WORK PAID OFF. THE PBs PROVE IT. A huge week of testing is underway for the PRVN Development Team and some massive 5km PBs rolling in. Consistent training, aerobic development and purposeful work has come together for these athletes with some taking more than TWO MINUTES off their previous best. Jan Michael 19:48 Shabnam Ramzpour 23:26 Spencer Weller 17:30 Dane Omazic 19:37 Nancy Munn 31:05 Tyler Pavay 18:57 Andrew St Romain 19:07 David Anderson 20:21 Jorge Mena 25:00 Mary Helen Saunders 20:48 Samee Kaus 20:41 Sara Clancy 19:37 Sofia Ciofi 22:22 These results came from consistently showing up, completing all the work embracing the hard sessions and trusting the process. We couldn’t be prouder of the way this team continues to raise its standards and push one another forward. The engine is getting bigger and we’re only getting started. #PRVN #PRVNDevelopmentTeam #HYROXTraining #5kmTimeTrial #PersonalBest
