About today, this video maybe a bit long, but it’s not long enough, so many photos and videos and great moments so hard to put it all together🙏🏻🙏🏻

Powerflow is so much more than just a job to me, I go to work everyday and have never gone to work a day since i’ve been working there..

Powerflow is everything you need it to be and so much more.

But here it is and my heart is so full of gratitude for the Powerflow JC Yoga Community.
Today we created team Concrete Karma Crew and the opportunity to bring this community together for our very first 5K as a team! 💛 Yoga is about so much more than what happens on the mat—it’s about how we show up in the world, for ourselves, for each other, and for those in need. What started as a community connected through yoga became something even more meaningful as we came together with a shared purpose: to support one another, give back, and make a difference. Together, we ran side by side, cheered each other on, spread positive energy, and raised money for the Hoboken Shelter. I’m so grateful for everyone who showed up, participated, donated, and helped bring this vision to life. This is what Concrete Karma is all about—putting our practice into action through compassion, connection, and service, and creating an impact beyond ourselves. So proud of this incredible crew and the good karma we’re creating together. One community, one purpose, one step at a time. 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️✨🙏

Thank you Thank you Thank you

Feels impossible to sum up 10 years at @condenast so here are a few highlights from the final 10 days 🥲❤️

Feeling so incredibly full of love, support and pride for everything this last decade gave me. 10 years ago today I arrived in New York fresh out of college for my first big dream job, and somehow now I’m saying goodbye 10 years later.

I grew up here in so many ways, surrounded by people who taught me, challenged me, believed in me, made me laugh endlessly and became some of my very best friends. I’ll carry those people, and all of the memories, lessons and adventures we shared with me forever.

Endlessly grateful for this chapter and very very excited for the next one at @semafor 🥹✨

it’s Very RARE that i teach Yin Yoga, but here i am and here we are

PowerFlow has entered the @hobooken5k if youd like to join us in October our Team Name is Concrete Karma Crew.
we will be introducing weekly runs until race day starting in june..(now😂😂😮‍💨) adding similar classes once a month(hopefully until race day so please join us whether on the team or not we love to see you
Join me June 12th 645pm for an easy yet inspiring gentle strength flow

A Yin Yang yoga class for runners is designed to both build strength and support recovery, helping you run stronger while reducing the risk of injury.

The class begins with Yang energy—a dynamic, movement-based flow that activates key running muscles like the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core. Expect lunges, balance work, and controlled flows that improve stability, coordination, and power while gently elevating the heart rate.

In the second half, the practice shifts into Yin—slow, deep stretches held for longer periods to target areas that runners often tighten up, such as the hips, hip flexors, hamstrings, calves, and IT band. This portion encourages release, increases mobility, and helps your body recover from repetitive impact.

By combining strength, mobility, and deep recovery work, this class helps runners feel more efficient, resilient, and relaxed—whether you’re training hard or simply looking to move better and stay pain-free
