The Fund Her Game Launch Party is just ONE WEEK AWAY, and we have some exciting updates! 🎉 First, we’ve added kids tickets for just $40! Each kids ticket includes dinner, a drink, a gift, and a small donation to Fund Her Game, so the whole family can be part of the celebration. And we are SO excited to share that Paloma Benach, professional pitcher for the Boston Hunters, will be joining us as a special guest! ⚾️ Paloma will be speaking at the event, sharing a little about her journey from growing up playing baseball in D.C. to pitching professionally, and she’ll be available for photos too. We couldn’t think of a better person to help us celebrate the launch of Fund Her Game and what this fund is all about, creating more opportunities for girls and women in sports. 🎟️ Get your tickets now: www.FundHerGame.com/launch or use the link in our profile. More about Paloma: Paloma Benach is a left handed pitcher for the Boston Hunters in the Women’s Pro Baseball League. She grew up in Washington D.C., playing baseball since she was 4 years old. She played 4 years of high school baseball for Jackson Reed High School, being named varsity captain her senior year. She then played two years of college baseball at Occidental College in Los Angeles California, while also studying psychology and cognitive science. She was an extremely valuable pitcher for Boston this season, posting a 3.50 ERA in 14 innings pitched and a 2.29 WHIP. While she was incredibly proud to represent Boston this season, nothing compares to representing her hometown of D.C. and the community in the DMV area.

Proud of these Marymount [@marymountsaints] student-athletes and team leaders. The Saints Strong Leadership Academy brought in Captains & Coaches for a Captain's Workshop, putting captains through the real thing: Forming, Storming, and Performing as a team in real time. They walked out with tools to lead their squads through the hard stretches of this season, and the language to bring their teams back together when it counts. They know who they are. They know where they're going. And they're equipped to take charge when their team needs it most. Leaders lead. https://workshop.captainsandcoaches.com/ #SaintsStrong #LeadershipAcademy #CaptainsAndCoaches #MarymountAthletics #TeamCaptain
