Part 2

This process was about diving into myself and acknowledging grief. The hardest part was not having a resolution. Not coming to a conclusion that made things better, and I think that’s the part that broke me most. There are so many things about my life I want to change. And grieving the images of love and family that I was taught to believe in has been a constant struggle. But inside of it all, I found peace, peace in acknowledging. Peace in moving forward. Peace in creating new images. New definitions. Peace in forgiving myself for hanging on too long.

Huge thank you to @morganpassman1 and @jordanvrice for diving so deeply into this process with me. For letting me share the sad parts. For being true friends. For telling this story.

To the cast, thank you for helping me tell sad stories. Thanks for going through this journey and believing in the vision.

To my sister @kimya_26, thanks for taking my calls. For letting me cry and helping me mature. For challenging me to do things differently and find new ways. Thanks for always being there for me and accepting all of me. I love you forever.

Unbound 2026 ♥️

So full of gratitude for this place that feels like a second home. Thankful for all of the love, support, and trust this community has given me over the years. And to @clinelewisjones and @moholton.jpg — I love you both more than you know. Unbound is truly one of a kind.

“How rare and beautiful it is even to exist”

Existence is hard. The beauty of it all gets lost in our day-to-day struggles. But what a blessing. Grief means hope. It means acknowledging that you cared about something enough to ache at its absence. To remember that you loved deeply, to remember that it existed, it happened.

To @clinelewisjones and @moholton.jpg, thanks for making space for all of us. Thanks for giving us an outlet and way to deal with life through dance. Thank you both for trusting me with the company.

To @jordanvrice and @morganpassman1, thanks for being my sounding board, support system, and muses. I am so deeply inspired by you both and genuinely couldn’t have done this without you.

To @antionettemariepack, thanks for showing up. Thanks for never missing a show. Thanks for being the loudest in the audience. Thanks for seeing my worth before I knew it. Thanks for telling me I could do this long before I thought it was possible. I love you.

To @krissieedwards thank you for everything. I wouldn’t be the person I am today if I didn’t know you. Thanks for sharing Divinity with me and helping me see dance as a way to heal. Thanks for forcing me to be honest. Thanks for empowering me. I love you endlessly.

To @unbound_dance_company, thanks for laughing with me and listening to me yell. Thanks for the unforgettable memories.

Grateful for this company, this community, and these people who keep me dancing every summer.
