(the) MOVE has never been just about fitness. it’s about bringing people together and creating the kind of days you never want to end.

days where movement is just the beginning. where you lose track of time, stay a little longer, and embrace a life well-lived. 🐚🌊✨🩵

We asked our instructors a few questions and accidentally discovered their biggest shared personality trait: bedtime 😴

This week on Mic’d Up at (the) MOVE, we’re getting to know the team a little better:
🎵 their go-to pump up song
✨ current wellness non-negotiable
🛒 the one Trader Joe’s item they never leave without
🌎 favorite place they’ve ever traveled
🤍 what’s bringing them joy lately

cardio can actually be fun… promise 🤝

Our Sweat78 classes are high energy, low-impact, and somehow makes 45 minutes FLY BY. expect great music, full-body movement, and the kind of class that makes you leave in a way better mood than when you walked in 🫶

If you’ve been thinking about trying Sweat78 this is your sign 👀 @marynasaurus 6:15am tomorrow morning has a few spots open… book on the app!!!
