Saying bye for now to our SXM 26 Reconnect to Source Retreat home for the last week. This was such a deeply connective and energizing retreat.

From restorative yoga with Suzy @mindful.sou to coaching by (in) the pool 😂, photo shoots with @stefanieirene_ , amazing meals, adventures including snorkeling Pinel Island & Creole Rock with the one & only Miles at @captainalanscharters , followed by the best, most intuitive massages in the world with Nöelline's @westindiesmassagesxm , nobody wanted to leave.

Seriously, all but one person were able extended their stay. 😂

Thank you to @the_property_ink for providing such an incredible place to stay and onsite support, and to @marysboon (very cool history & great food) for hosting all our early arrivals.

We'll be back.

If you know Mary’s boon, you knew Casper. And if you knew Casper, you were lucky. Heart breakingly, Casper has still not been found and there is a big void in a lot of people’s hearts here on the island (and more).

Yassssss! My ✨FOURTH✨ #marathon medal

The first 3 were #running✨this one #swimming

I was swimming 2-3 hours a day for three weeks

LITERALLY getting up at 5am to hit the #ocean super early and get my #swim in to raise money for the @americancancersociety 🧜‍♀️🌴☀️

This one was PERSONAL on several levels!

✨🙏✨Every Cancer. Every Life! ✨🙏✨

Big HUGE shout out to the staff at @marysboon who cheered me on everyday and took such amazing care of me on my birthday swim staycation - love you ALL sooooo much!!!
