It’s been one week since I walked across the stage at @ucobronchos as a first generation graduate. A non traditional student. A mother and student. A student with a disability. And a student with tremendous support from my professors, church family, sorority sisters, friends and family. I am so incredibly grateful for everyone that came to support me and celebrate with me. Thank you for all the gifts, cards, hugs and laughter. Thank you for uplifting me and encouraging me. @mamaroja did a great job with our food and services. It was so fun to have everyone wearing their bright colors. 🌈 Thank you again for coming!!! 🥰

Exactly one month from today is the Next Gen 30 under 30 ceremony and I could not be more filled with joy! I'm proud to stand next to one of the many amazing teachers that paved the way for me to achieve my goals and I look forward to helping the next generation achieve theirs. Special thank you to Next Gen for caring about the leaders of the future and for everything they do!
