This meal took longer to make then I thought and I was hungry so let’s just say that the phone did not eat first. Which explains why the salmon looks mutilated. Butt it was a decent meal and still looks pretty good so it’s still getting posted.

You are looking at a pan seared salmon on top of a bed a white rice with a creamy lemon, scallion, leek sauce, garnished with a homemade parsley oil (that turned out tasting really good)

First meal cooked in Charlotte. We definitely bit off more than we thought with a T-bone steak (cooked perfectly), a lobster, both have their own unique sauce (pan sauce for the steak and a thyme lemon cream sauce for the lobster) and then Ramen with soft boiled eggs. Yes, the ramen bowls were the sauce pans. Overall tasted great and ate the entire thing. More meals to come, dm any meal ideas, need some inspiration for new ideas!
