Most people have heard of a murder mystery party. Very few have actually been to one. 🔍 Here’s the simple version: Imagine an escape room. Except you’re not locked in a room. You’re at a Halloween party, and instead of solving puzzles to get out, you’re solving a murder before midnight. How it works: 🎭 Real actors stay in character all night. Any one of them could be the killer. 🕵🏾 You’re the detective. Clues are hidden throughout the venue. 🎬 Live scenes play out around you as the story unfolds. 🗳️ At the end, everyone votes on who did it. 🏆 The killer is revealed by midnight, and the best detectives win prizes. What it’s not: It’s not horror. There are no jump scares, and you’ll never be put on the spot as the murderer. Think thriller drama with music, drinks, costumes, and a story you get pulled into. It’s shaping up to be a good week of the call sheet 👏🎬📺 Things are ramping up in film for these Backstories - Johnny Kraemer and John Gholson booked a feature film together, followed by Gabriella Miles and Avi Avellaneda with short film bookings of their own!
