✨ Last week Marifa Diene, a student at Istituto Girardi in Cittadella, completed her three-week internship at WECO.

During her internship, she worked alongside Mirco Ferrazzi from the WECO Marketing team, contributing to the development of an editorial plan while gaining first-hand insight into the key activities that make up a company's marketing ecosystem.

Thank you, Marifa, for sharing this experience with us. We wish you all the best in your studies and in the exciting opportunities that lie ahead!

Proud of our Team France!

Our colleague @emmanuel_massias_weco returned to the @institutdesoudure.formation in Toulouse, a training center specialized in welding, where he previously worked as an instructor. A special moment, reconnecting with familiar faces and sharing a common passion.

On this occasion, he delivered a technical demonstration showcasing the capabilities of:
⚡ Micropulse 225
⚡ Power Pulse 3200K

A great moment of exchange, expertise, and hands-on training.

🚀At Weco last week we finished a leadership development program, led by Filippo De Checchi, corporate trainer and facilitator.

A practical, workshop-based experience focused on effective communication, feedback, and managing team dynamics.

✨An important step in supporting the growth of both our people and the organization. A big thank you to all participants for the engagement and energy they brought throughout the journey!

✨Plasma is the fourth state of matter
It is the energy that gives life to stars and nebulae

At Weco, we have harnessed this primordial force and transformed it into high-performance technology with Voyager 75 and Voyager 105.

Two precision power sources designed to deliver clean cuts, constant power, and maximum reliability even in the most demanding conditions.
