One of the most precious gifts I've ever received. ❤️🥹❤️
In it are the sweet, precious words from students, parents, and teachers I've worked with over the years. To kick off my 30th year of teaching, Megan made a Facebook post (hidden from me) asking for people to share any story, memory, or well-wishes of their educational journey with me. She captured your kind words and put them all in this journal for me.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Teaching isn't always a dream job, but it's moments like this that make it worth it. ❤️ I'm ready for year 30!

Here is the sweet post she made. ❤️🥹❤️ https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DF6PLPcse/

We’ve already built an incredible group for this summer — returners, siblings, teammates, and a wave of awesome new campers from across New England! 🌅🏕️🥍

And now… the window to join the tradition is starting to close. 🔒

WINNILAX BOYS CAMP
🗓️ August 21st–25th
📍 Private Island on Lake Winnipesaukee
🏕️ 5 Days / 4 Nights
🥍 Boys Ages 9–14

This is more than just a lacrosse camp…

🏆 Daily Island Tournament Play
🥍 Skill Sessions & Competitions
🧠 Game & Position IQ Training
🔥 Competitive Gameplay
🌊 Lake Swims After Sessions
🎣 Fishing & Classic Camp Activities
🛏️ Cabin Life With Teammates & Friends
🍔 Great Food & Full Days
🚫 A Break From Screens
☀️ A Classic New England Overnight Camp Experience

Right now, we can still make:
👥 Team Cabin Requests
🛏️ Bunkmate Requests
🥍 Club & Town Team Groupings

But that flexibility starts disappearing as we continue toward capacity. ⏳

Because once we’re full…
⚠️ We’re FULL.

From our lacrosse family to yours, we would truly love to welcome your son to the island tradition this summer. 🏕️🥍☀️

Got to spend some time with our favorite boy this weekend. Didn't want to drop him off today at the airport, but he had to get back to adulting in Albuquerque.

He doesn't really care for these posts, but he knew what he was getting when he married me! 🤣
Happy 55th birthday to our rock, our proud poppa, our chocoholic, our super hero, our Brian.
Love you muchly! ❤️

Our boy is heading to Albuquerque for his adult job. It's going to be different without him doing weekend stays at the house at least once a month, but this is what we teach them...spread those wings and fly. Yes, I bawled like a baby, but I'm so proud of him. ❤️

Proud day!
Mason was one of the first three students to graduate with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from A-State. The other two were his buddies Ramsey and Eli. 😊😊😊
And of course Mason had to get an on stage pic with his Dean. #wolvesup

Couldn't let this month end without telling our favorite girl in the whole wide world HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Not only is she super-smart, a cooking wiz, an adventurer extraordinaire, a beautiful earth-loving soul, and a champion for humanity, she is a forgiving soul when:
1. Mom is in Japan and forgets she's a day ahead and wishes her happy birthday a day early 🤦
2. I forget that it's Saturday when her it's really her birthday and call her bright and early thinking she's getting ready for work when she was trying to sleep in 🤦
3. Get so busy with the trip I forget to make a post! 🤦
But she loves me anyway and knows, without a doubt, we love her BIG TIME!!❤️❤️❤️
