I had the idea for this pilot 3 years ago. I began writing the script six months ago. I announced this project publicly two months ago.

This past weekend we had a team of 30+ people showing up to help make it real :) and I am so grateful.

This first weekend was one of the most intimidating endeavors I’ve taken upon myself, and it turned out to be one of the most fun times I’ve ever had on a set. Here are some BTS photos of some of the fun :)

Thank you to every cast member, crew member, PA, friend, and person who’s been a part of or following Almost Men :)

More to come soon.

Special thanks to @yo.gabba.gabba.08 for behind the scenes photography !

🚨‼️ THE CAST OF ALMOST MEN IS HERE 🚨‼️

With more than 40 applicants and over 80 different auditions, this show was extremely difficult to cast. Everyone did a phenomenal job. Every person who auditioned should be so proud. Thank you so much for all of your time, patience, and effort put into this project so far. Give yourselves a round of applause 👏👏

That said, the long awaited moment has finally come! This is the official and final cast of Almost Men :) these are the incredible people who will be bringing the characters and world of Almost Men to life on screen. Give them all a second round of applause, as well 🥳👏👏

Exactly one month after launching this project, and the show is now cast. I had no idea what to expect when making Almost Men public. I had no idea how it would be received. That said, it has been my greatest pleasure seeing how far this show has spread and how many people it has connected with in such a short time. I am unbelievably grateful, and ever so excited to bring this story to screen, and to you. Production begins in just one more month <3
