There are a few choices for escape rooms in Minneapolis. If you haven't tried one, they are pretty fun! In this instance we were 007 and had to save the world. Since you are all reading this, you know we did!! 😘

Then a Twins game!! It was $1 a dog night, so I had my first hotdog in the last probably 20 years at least. But is it even possible to go to a baseball game on $1 a dog night and not get a hotdog? I think not.... It was great. Btw, Ketchup, mustard, something else? The debate is endless.... 😁

Also, hats off to Mason for watching "the kids" for us so we got a night off! 😏

Another great day in Minneapolis. Took a walk close to downtown by the river. Got some great pics of the sky line, and we walked all the way to the Hennepin Bridge. Then took a boat ride down the Mississippi.

We saw some bald eagles! 😍 We also saw a train bridge that rotated back towards shore so the boats could pass, then swung back out over the river so trains could cross the river. It was fun to watch it in action! It also POURED the last 25 minutes of the ride. We were so glad we "sort of" had overhead coverage. But it rained so hard it blew the rain to the middle of the boat!!!

Then ended the day at Sweeney's Saloon with the biggest basket of tartar tots I've ever seen. Yes , we ate every last one!!!! 😁

So excited to have Mason (hey cuz) join us on our adventures. We headed straight for the MOA - Mall of America! And let me tell you, Mason was a trooper!! REALLY early flight, delay, and still ready to go!!

Even though the MOA is pretty big (one of the biggest in the country), we got our bearings right away and checked out tons! There's putt putt, Nickelodeon Universe (yup, roller coasters), movies, escape rooms, an aquarium, food, and of course shopping. We had a ton of fun, rode the rides, everyone bought something and had a great time!!! There really is something for everyone!

And we are super excited to have Mason with us for a few days!!
